These are the plain-language terms for using Wagenda, a calendar agenda widget
developed by SyncMind. They cover both versions: Wagenda for Android (published on
Google Play as vedacool) and Wagenda Desktop for Windows (published on the Microsoft
Store as vedacool). Both are called "the app" below. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Licence to use the app
Wagenda is provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to
install and use it on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute,
reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the app's paid features except where the law expressly permits.
2. What the app does
- Android: Wagenda reads your device calendar on-device only to
display your upcoming events in a home-screen widget. It has no internet permission and does not
collect, transmit, or share your data. See the Android privacy policy.
- Windows: Wagenda Desktop shows your upcoming events in a desktop widget by
downloading them from the private iCal calendar addresses you enter, directly from your calendar
provider. Nothing is sent to us. See the Windows privacy policy.
Those addresses give read access to your calendar, so keep them private. If one is exposed, reset it
with your calendar provider.
3. Purchases
- Wagenda is free to install. It offers an optional one-time "Pro" unlock. On Android there are also
higher supporter tiers and optional tips.
- Payments are processed by the store you bought from: Google Play on Android and the
Microsoft Store on Windows, subject to that store's terms. We do not handle or store your payment details.
- A Pro purchase grants a licence to that version's Pro features on the store account you used
(your Google account on Android, your Microsoft account on Windows). A purchase on one platform does
not unlock Pro on the other. Tips are voluntary and unlock nothing.
- Refunds are handled according to the store's refund policies and applicable law. A refunded or
revoked purchase may result in the corresponding features being removed.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and don't misuse it (for example, by interfering with its operation or using it
to infringe others' rights).
5. "As is" — no warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or that it will always reflect your calendar without delay. On Windows, the app depends on
your calendar provider's iCal address being available, which is outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncMind will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed events, reminders, or reliance on the widget.
Wagenda is a convenience display of your calendar and is not a substitute for your calendar app or your
own record-keeping.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL
with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
