Wagenda is provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use it on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the app's paid features except where the law expressly permits.
Wagenda reads your device calendar on-device only to display your upcoming events in a home-screen widget. It has no internet permission and does not collect, transmit, or share your data. See the Privacy Policy.
Use the app lawfully and don't misuse it (for example, by interfering with its operation or using it to infringe others' rights).
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will always reflect your calendar without delay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncMind will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed events, reminders, or reliance on the widget. Wagenda is a convenience display of your calendar and is not a substitute for your calendar app or your own record-keeping.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
